Not bad, I have a weakness for redheads, so good job on that,lol! Everything looks good but the eyes need more sparkle to them. Compare the shine of the lips to shine of the eyes and then you'll see what I mean. The ear could use more shadows. The earring is awesome! The hair is good but the bring it out more, introduce new colors to it, such as blues for the shadows and such. All that stuff is small stuff, but my number one thing is texture. Since it is a close up, including some hints of skin pore in certain areas, would bring out more realism to the model. Overall this is good, I like it Oh and the background, it would truly help the character if it was made up of random brush strokes of blues and greens, but that's just my thought,lol!
